4 Aims And Objectives Surya Namaskar, also known as Sun Salutation, holds significant importance in yoga and physical fitness. Surya Namaskar is a series of 12 yoga poses performed in a sequence. Practicing Surya Namaskar regularly can improve flexibility, strength, and stamina. It stretches and tones muscles, increases blood circulation, and enhances overall physical fitness.
