The seminar is organized to raise the awareness among the students about the importance of birds in maintaining ecological balance. Also to highlight the threats faced by birds, including habitat loss, pollution, climate change and other human induced factors. |
| 7 | Activity Proceedings / Report | Ms Nisha Prajapati, an NGO worker, Mr Akash Chavada associated with Darshana Animal Welfare and Ms Ankita Sharma, a Project Lead of PFPPF (People for Animals Public Policy Foundation) gave the deliberations regarding Save Birds Campaign which is an inevitable need in the modern technological world. The experts spoke about the Animal Welfare laws, Anti Cruelty laws related to animals & birds and the need of inculcating compassion among people for these speechless creatures. |
