To encourage healthy eating habits by showcasing nutritious and delicious dishes that can be prepared without cooking over fire.
5 Target Beneficiaries Students of Smt S. R. Mehta Arts College
6 Concept Note The concept was to organize a competition that challenges participants to create appetizing dishes using only ingredients that do not require cooking over fire, such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy products.
7 Activity Proceedings / Report The Principal of the college Dr. Darsha Jani, NSS Programme Officer, Dr. Nayana Chudasama, and Assistant PO Dr. Tejani Munshi tasted the various dishes, including panipuri, bhel, sandwich, biscuit sweet, fruit chat, puffed rice preparation, etc., prepared without fire by the students, encouraging them and offering constructive feedback.
